SMC Signal Overlay | Falcon AI
Marks the two foundational Smart Money Concepts patterns, Break of Structure and Order Block, and highlights where they align.
Break of Structure: price making a higher high in an uptrend or a lower low in a downtrend, confirming the current structure is continuing rather than turning.
Order Block: the last opposing candle before a move that breaks structure, which often acts as an area price returns to.
What this adds: both are marked independently, and the overlay highlights the cases where an order block sits at a level that has just seen a break of structure. A break of structure on its own and an order block on its own each fire often enough to be noise. Requiring a pullback into the relevant order block zone within a bounded number of bars after a break of structure is a far narrower condition, and that is the only thing marked with a label. A label is raised once per setup, so a single structural break does not produce a cluster of labels while price chops inside the same zone.
Configurable: structure lookback, impulse threshold, order block proximity, how many bars to wait for the pullback, session window, and which markers are shown.
This is an overlay, not a strategy. It places no orders and runs no backtest. Entry, sizing and risk are yours.
