Moving Average Percentage Change - Plots the percentage change of a moving average, with thresholds for what is considered ranging.

- Top panel is this Indicator the MA %age Change Indicator.

- The bottom panel is Whipp Trend which is a special variation of the original Wave Trend. Slightly different mathematics behind the indicator, however, much more powerful than the default!
