Hi everybody!
After seen so many likes and some requests to make it an alert, I decided to refactor the code to the current Pine Ver., so the code is more readable and you can add the indicator in the Alert list.

Plotting the indicator overlay and put arrows when the pin bar appear, green bullish and red bearish!
You should display something on the chart rather than ading that extra indicator space on the bottom, it take a lot of space that could be used for an other indicator.

@Fredou, thanks for your comment, I tried but there is not enough documentation if you see something on trading view that improves this indicator you are more than welcome to shared it!!

@cma first of all, thank you for coding this indicator and sharing it for free with the community! The idea of this indicator is very good and it could be extremely useful to use such an indicator with the right kind of price action and trading knowledge. I wanted to make two comments (and please don't be offended, I just want to help improve the indicator):
#1 - I have found that the indicator sometimes for some reason does not indicate very clear pinbars. I haven't been able to find out why, because I don't understand Pine Script that well.
#2 - The way it is programmed at this moment will indicate only one specific style of pinbar, capturing a percentage of all pinbars on a chart. I think that is the reason why I see some pinbars that are not indicated (see comment #1). But there are in fact multiple types of pinbars with their own characteristics. These can't be all indicated with just one set of parameters. These additional types of pinbars are missed by the current setup of the indicator. Adding different configurations for pinbars would be a huge improvement.
