How it's different: Haven't seen this anywhere, it is a leading indicator!

Where to use: Any market, I prefer stocks.

How to use: Go long/buy when the green filled lines are converging or when the red filled lines are diverging. Go short/sell when the green filled lines are diverging or the red filled lines are converging. I suggest a longer hold, if the filled colors change the way you want, and do so for a long time. You may also want to use the SB (Strong Buys) or SS (Strong Sells) signals. But bare in mind, I have noticed that Strong buy/sell signals can be followed by more strong buys/sell signals.
