Educational: request.security_lower_tf() - matrix

Showcasing new features from Tradingview:

• chart.fg_color -> Returns a color providing optimal contrast with chart.bg_color (chart's background colour).
• request.security_lower_tf -> Requests data from a lower timeframe than the chart's.
• matrix -> A matrix is a two-dimensional data structure containing rows and columns.
All elements in the matrix must be of the type specified in the type template ("<type>").
