Updated PharmD_KS - ES & NQ Levels + IB
-Copy & Paste the Daily and Weekly Levels from the PharmD_KS newsletters into the settings of the indicator.
-If you want the levels to show up on a specific contract like ESU, NQZ or any MES/MNQ contract, use the Ticker option to change it. By default it is set to ES1! & NQ1!.
-IB should appear on every asset, including MES, MNQ. It is not reliable on stocks.
-If you want to hide or change the look of the IB, use the IB Border & Background options.
-To change the look of the Daily, Weekly & NQ Levels, use the Tx (Text), Ln (Line), Bx (Box) & Ps (Position) options.

Added Daily & Weekly NQ Boxes.
Added 3rd Custom Box which can be set to any ticker.
Fixed bug where first level on the list wouldn't print on the chart.
Levels should work on any asset, even BTC and altcoins (USDT & BTC pairs).

New features:
-Text labels for each level can turned on
-ES and NQ levels can now be converted to SPY/QQQ/SPX/NDX by enabling "convert levels to" and choosing the desired ticker.
-From now on, the newsletter will highlight levels by adding a * at the end, which will in turn be detected by the indicator and make them stand out, settings for highlighting are added to the indicator.
-Daily and Weekly text size can be changed separately
