BTCU is a short-term tactical tool designed to deliver 2x the daily price return of bitcoin, less fees and expenses. The fund does not invest directly in bitcoin. Instead, it invests in one or more ETPs with direct exposure to bitcoin and financial instruments that provide 200% daily exposure to the underlying ETPs, including cash-settled swap agreements. Like most leveraged products, it is intended to be held for no more than one trading day. Returns can vary significantly from the expected 2x exposure if held longer, due to volatility and compounding effects. This is not a buy-and-hold product and is not suitable for all investors, particularly those who do not actively monitor and manage their portfolios. The fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in a Cayman Islands subsidiary.
