IFLN track an index of US dollar-denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds that were downgraded to high yield commonly referred to as fallen angels. Securities must be issued by companies in developed market countries, carry a current high yield rating of at least B1/B+/B+, having a minimum of $300 million in outstanding face value, a fixed-rate coupon, and having at least one year remaining to maturity. Bonds are weighted within the index based on how recently they were downgraded, with those downgraded within the last 12 months receiving the highest weighting, and those downgraded 24 or more months ago receiving the lowest. Caps are applied to individual issuers, with any excess redistributed proportionally. A sampling method is used to track the index and may concentrate its investments. Prior to February 23, 2026, the fund name was Invesco Fundamental High Yield Corporate Bond ETF, tracked the RAFI Bonds US High Yield 1-10 Index and traded under the ticker PHB.
