A lot of you have been asking how we managed to capitalize so cleanly on our recent account gains. It was pure fundamental alignment combined with technical execution.
Here is the exact macroeconomic bias framework we used to filter our trades:
- 🇺🇸
USD (65% Bearish / Negative): Weak sentiment, soft ECI data, and rising odds of a Fed rate cut kept USD under heavy pressure across major pairs.
- 🇪🇺
EUR (65% Bullish / Positive): Sticky CPI and a hawkish ECB tone fueled bets for a September rate hike, giving EUR strong momentum.
- 🇯🇵
JPY (60% Bullish / Positive): Hot CPI and rising inflation expectations created a hawkish tilt for the BOJ, making JPY long setups high-probability.
- 🇨🇭
CHF (55% Bearish / Negative): Safe-haven demand faded, and the SNB's readiness to defend CHF strength capped upside.
- 🇬🇧 GBP, 🇨🇦 CAD, 🇨🇳 CNY, 🇦🇺 AUD (Neutral): Mixed/priced-in data meant focusing primarily on strong vs. weak currency pairings while avoiding low-catalyst ranges. By pairing currency weakness (USD, CHF) directly against strong fundamental momentum (EUR, JPY), we entered high confluence trades with tight risk management.
