FIVG is the first ETF focused on global companies whose products or services are mainly tied to the development of 5G networking and communication technologies. The fund is weighted in four tiers. The first tier, weighted at 50%, is comprised of companies predominantly associated to core cellular networking and satellites operating in the C-band wireless spectrum. The second tier, weighted at 25%, consists of cellphone tower/center data REITs, service providers as mobile network operators, or companies supporting the infrastructure of these organizations. The third tier, weighted at 15%, focuses on hardware and software improving the quality of service, and network testing and bandwidth optimization equipment. The last tier, weighted at 10%, is tied to enhanced mobile broadband modems, new radio technology for connected devices, or optical fiber cables. The Index is rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually Index components are reviewed semi-annually.
