The Urban Infrastructure Development segment includes Marg Swarna Bhoomi and the special economic zone. The Port and Logistics segment covers the Marg Karaikal port and Marg logistics. The Leasing segment is involved in the Marg junction mall which is under construction, proposing to lease the commercial spaces for business, leisure and entertainment, hotel, and the leasing of digital zones by the holding company. The company was founded by Gorrepati Rama Krishna Reddy on December 16, 1994 and is headquartered in Chennai, India.
