Simtel Team SA engages in the provision of engineering and technical services. It operates through the following segments: Automation, Renewable energy, and Telecommunications. The Automation segment provides regulation and control systems for process optimization and industrial automation. The Renewable energy segment offers design and supply of equipment and implementation of photovoltaic power plants, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance works. The Telecommunications segment integrates mobile and wireless communications equipment, data center and transport, and indoor signal coverage solutions. The company was founded by Iulian Nedea, Sergiu Eugen Bazarciuc, and Radu Laurentiu Vilau in 2010 and is headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.
