EATV actively invests in equity securities of companies that are believed to be working to build a more efficient, nutritional, cruelty-free, and sustainable food and materials supply chain. Investments may span across the entire industry including agriculture technology, plant-based food, nutrition, bioscience, and consumer goods. The use of disruptive technologies and innovation are critical elements in pursuing such advancements. In selecting constituents, the adviser screens companies according to their relevance to this space and their environmental principles. The funds portfolio will typically consist of less than 50 holdings but may increase over time depending on the size of the investable universe. Besides common and preferred publicly traded stocks, EATV may also hold rights and warrants, partnership interests and business trust shares, IPOs, ADRs, and GDRs.
