My honest opinion i reckon DOGECOIN will keep rising but again as i said on my CARDANO post it depends on bitcoins performance to determine a guaranteed movement direction.

DOGE is currently finding hard to maintain support at 0.22 and if its unable to bounce up from this support (or does fake Bounce like before) we might be seeing DOGE at next support level @0.13 very soon or given market condition 0.014 is also possible in worst case (from where it all started)

The whales are following the same pattern repeatedly - they want price to go up to sell and then buy lower, then repeat. This is a potential timeline of that pattern.
initially price was high but was declining and we wanted it to arrive at the yellow zone marked.price has nearly reached this point and we are left with 2 moves.
1) fundamentals/conference has positive outcome= upwards (green arrow)
2)fundamentals/conference has negative outcome = downwards (red arrow)

When everyone was saying doge was a joke, I didn’t believe them. Still now I am glad to say o bought when it was only £0.20. I will basically double my money soon. THANK I DOGE
