It operates through the following segments: Private Clients; Wholesale and Institutional Clients; Investment Banking Clients, and Others. The Private Clients segments offer private clients and entrepreneurs a broad range of products in the private market. The Wholesale and Institutional Clients segments focuses on a range of investment strategies and offers fiduciary services to Dutch and international clients such as banks, wealth managers, family offices, pension funds and insurers. The Invesment Banking Clients provides specialist services including equities research and trading, mergers and acquisitions services, capital market transactions, and debt advisory services to corporate and institutional investors. The Others segment refers to activities in the fields of interest rate, market, liquidity risk management, and non-strategic associates. The company was founded by Cornelis van Lanschot on July 22, 1737 and is headquartered in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
