The Infrastructure Products-Roads segment offers permanent and temporary safety products to customers involved in the construction or maintenance of national roads infrastructure. The Galvanizing Services segment deals with galvanizing and related materials coating services to companies including construction, agriculture, and infrastructure. The company was founded by Edward Hill and Henry Smith in 1824 and is headquartered in Solihull, the United Kingdom.
