It operates through the following segments: Manufacturing, Trading, and Designed and Installation. The Manufacturing segment includes manufacturing and sales of erosion control and geosynthetic products. The Trading segment focuses on the trading and distribution of erosion control and geosynthetic products. The Designed and Installation segment refers to the design and build services, which are engineered to suit a board spectrum of erosion control and protection application. The company was founded on October 24, 2012 and is headquartered in Selangor, Malaysia.
