The Ag segment purchases and further processes or resells grains and oilseeds originated by the country operations business. The Nitrogen Production segment consists solely of equity method investment in CF Nitrogen. The Corporate and Other represents financing and hedging businesses, which primarily consists of commodities hedging, financial services related to crop production, and insurance. The company was founded in 1929 and is headquartered in Inver Grove Heights, MN.
