TLG actively invests in US stocks, preferred shares, or convertible securities of large-cap companies considered to be the best opportunities for reliable growth. The sub-adviser uses bottom-up analysis, over a three-year time horizon, to select stocks considered to have solid fundamentals, attractive profitability, and effective management. The underlying portfolio typically holds 25 to 35 equity securities. The fund is non-diversified, meaning holdings may be concentrated in specific issuers, regions, or sectors. In addition, the fund may reach, up to 20% of assets, to be invested in foreign equities, including those from emerging markets, using instruments like ADRs. Positions are sold when their projected future returns become unattractive compared to other opportunities. The ETF launched through a conversion of the DSM Large Cap Growth Fund, bringing $163 million in assets.
