Avidia Bancorp, Inc. engages in the provision of state savings banking services through its subsidiary, Avidia Bank. The Avidia Bank’s business consists primarily of taking deposits from the public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, in commercial and industrial loans, one-to four-family residential mortgage loans, and commercial real estate loans. Its deposit accounts include certificate of deposit accounts, IRAs, money market accounts, savings accounts, demand deposit accounts, and interest-bearing and noninterest-bearing checking accounts. The company was founded in November 1997 and is headquartered in Hudson, MA.
