i like to invest where i buyfound this at $28 right when they started taking on mail pickup. holding long, love the monthly dividend. they just keep expanding all over the GTA and up the 400.
Monthly Dividend I shop here all the time, they have great restaurants in most of the locations I've lived next too. I always see them buying up new land in the GTA (greater Toronto area) even as far as Muskoka. Plus a monthly dividend, I'm holding this for as long as I can.
