It operates through the following segments: Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Acquisitions-KYN Capital Group, Asset-Based Lending, and Equipment Leasing–KYN Capital Group. The Real Estate Investment segment provides asset-based loans for companies and individuals. The Real Estate Acquisitions-KYN Capital Group segment acquires real estate under market value, and the equity that is available is taken out as capital to be re-invested. The Asset-Based Lending segment offers real estate synthetic leases. The Equipment Leasing–KYN Capital Group segment consists of leases for equipment, airplanes, mining equipment, yachts and shops, submarines, cars, and trucks. The company was founded by Jing Min Chen in September 1997 and is headquartered in Carson City, NV.
