It operates through the following segments: Construction, Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Development, Distribution, and Others. The Construction segment includes general builders and construction contractors, training of workers, general engineering, sale of construction materials, and design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. The Real Estate Investment segment deals with investment in real estate. The Real Estate Development segment develops residential and commercial projects and project management services. The Distribution segment focuses in the sale and distribution of petroleum based lubricant products, automotive tires, and commercial vehicles. The Others segment includes management and administration services. The company was founded by Kiam Teck Liong in 1972 and is headquartered in Singapore.
