The fund holds six Harvest Equity Income ETFs on an equal weighted basis. Each employing an active covered call writing strategy, seeking to generate a high level of monthly income. Together the underlying portfolios contain equity exposure to over 110 large-cap, multi-sector companies. The stocks selected are considered to be global leaders in their industry with positive long-term growth prospects. This fund does not utilize leverage in order to limit risk. Investors should consult their tax advisor prior to purchasing shares. Monthly distributions from shares held in a non-registered account may be taxed as ordinary income. Also, investors will incur the expenses of each of the six underlying ETFs. However, the issuer has waived the management expense for HRIF.
