My English is not that good but let me try to explain what I see. From the first run up you see that it retraced and broke the high, after that it bounced of the extensions until it broke that maximum level fib, that was were the real fomo started with a big fall as result. After that big mountain top you see that it Peaked another time but exactly at the top fib...
