So as we can see the chart is rising with almost no volume. Seems like there are only few sellers. looks like the bottom was in around the 2$ mark. So lets see whats going on here but this looks like there is a LOT of Potential in this stock. Risk reward Ration sucks atm short term, but long term i think there is a lot of room to grow with a Market Cap of around...

Look at this beautiful closing Weekly candle. IVR is ready to breakout but still attached to the metal price share. So the question is: Is silver stabilizing or is it not ? If silver continues to decline then the breakout is postponed to another date. But i am very concinved that its going to breakout in near future.
