As $GOOG goes down for multiple days, it gets closer to up trending support. Does this mean it's time to buy? Not so fast.. with today's market any thing can happend. But seeing that the RSI is pretty low ( over sold ) I believe this will have power to the up coming day.
With a 1.84 Risk/Reward ration , I'm confident with this chart staying under the resistance trend line. If if goes above resistance and closes above it; it will be time to move on.
I've been short since the huge spike this stock had to give but after so much blood I think it's time to heal. $4.55 is a level of strong support and not to mention that the 200MA is getting close to there as well which also can be used as support .
As $DDD downtrends, it showed weekness when it came close to down trend resistance. As you can probably tell, my risk is very small compared to my reward in this case because any break and close above the trend line means a change of trend. Possibly to the up side.
Patience is key . I will be waiting until this stock reaches around $5.15 in order for me to short the trend for a 2.5 Risk to Reward ration.
Here you can see a clean and classic formation of a cup. But where is the handle? That's what I'll be waiting for.
Stocks that spike, like $GOL here, are always of my interest. This big gainers spikes with almost to no news out. Purely hype. Also, it has been trading under the 50MA since Sept. of 2015. My goal here is to short it at around .57 (resistance), cover half at .42 (daily support), and the whole at .25 (lowest support it has had.) If it decides to break...
First off let me apologize for all the support/resistance lines; I enjoy day trading so I use these lines a lot to know exactly the best moments to enter and exit trades. As you can see with the history of this chart, this stock has been trading under the 50MA for awhile. However, today, it decided to break it with large volume making it spike. Now the...
If AAPL does not break past 103.75. expect a lot of RED for the following weeks! Not only will it be break a support line.. it will also break the 200 MA .
