I am still looking at the MJ sector as a whole needing to see more upside soon. Right now I think we could still be just establishing a 3rd wave, and I could see it continuing up from here. However if we continue to break down and need to make another 12 or another count becomes clear we have a nice support zone sitting on the breakout.

The correction is taking shape here and I believe we are close to finishing the 3 wave down if not already. My current count on small time frame is looking for one more lower low into 4 hour divergence on RSI. Then we start the larger 4 wave before making a final low running into the .618 and the long term trend line of this new bull market.

I am favoring this count at the moment which has the best measurment ratios I have found so far. Makes sense to pause at the .5 and also to reach for the .618. Facebook looks like a clean 5 waves down and clearly impulsive off that low. It makes sense to look for a large ABC to come off that. When we top this move which will likely coincide with the broader market top, we are looking for 3 waves down and another impulse up to finish the correction.

With reaching the .618 in what looks like an impulse, albeit somewhat weak, I am inclined to think its an A wave and we are making a larger flat pattern in the broader markets. Looking for an abc down to the .618 retrace and a good trade long on the potential C wave up. Order blocks fall in line well with the retracement zones.
