It's going to take me some time to learn how to navigate but I'm getting there.
After doing all the setup and start trying to trade Crypto I realize that I can't trade crypto, why do they give the option If it isn't possible?
Its working great. Love that i can set strategy's to go to a web hook and trade without having to do the manual work.
Cannot use any of the app in my state. No forex or crypto trades are available to me. Will refund my account and discontinue use.
Customer service is not good due to only being able to contact them via email. There is no chat option for text or phone calls. Granted this is why they have the lowest fee's. Other then that I have had no problems trading on their platform.

Limited choices
Says available in the United states. After depositing, come to find out its not available in my state, in the USA...... Now my money is on hold for up to a week and I need it now. After my research I thought I found the right broker, but being available in the US is obviously a false notion.

You guys need to offer more of a selection of crypto tokens and ticker symbols nobody will trade with you guys for long if you don't offer anything to trade

COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. Customer service took forever to respond and not only that. but with all the information required to open an account they never once flagged my account for being in a region they wont service. completely UNPROFESSIONAL and not worth the time.
