Gets in and out of positions with ease, withdrawals and deposits are quick and there are a lot of assets to trade. Their own trading software is up there as well in terms of indicators and don't forget the fixed spreads, "when the market moves your spreads don't" with some very attractive spreads compared to other brokers. Why I went 4 stars instead of 5. Firstly, when I signed up I was badgered for days with phone calls from 3rd parties trying to get me to sign up for other trading platforms. Now that could have been my fault, perhaps there was some way of me opting out of that and maybe it wasn't TN but the companies that were ringing me were calling me were using my middle name as my surname which TN also does, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. The other issue is how it integrates with Tradingview charts, using the spread account, the links don't work directly from the watchlist to open a chart, you have to open a random chart then open the link making it a 2 step process. That could be a tradingview issue though. Finally, their mobile app logs you out every time you aren't using it. This is probably a security feature, however, if you have an alert by the time you login and get to where you want to be you could miss a move. As a feature request on the app, which is a little bit clunky and needs more work, it would be nice to be able to open the chart directly from an open position rather than having to go back and search the charts. Other than that, my experience so far (over a year) has been pretty much trouble free. I have contacted TN on about 3 occasions and got prompt responses every time. I would recommend this broker.

I have used this broker for a while now and some of their top traits are Single currency accounts and fixed spreads. Their support is quick to handle issues. The web interface is not good, but I'm told they are working on a new and improved one. Trading this broker via TradingView requires you to look a the price and not rely on candles or use limit orders, because of latency between the candles and the price are too high for my taste. I can recommend this broker.

Was very difficult to sign up, password criteria on the app and website are different. Once had gone out, it tried to continue the application but kept freezing. On app it said I didn’t have an account, so had to sign up for new account, on web it said I already had an account, so need to log in to existing account. Could not don’t the ‘chat’ function - it said close this panel and click on the magnify glass (which I’ve not found in app or on web) But has the best spread in town- if it didn’t then would have given up and walked away.

This platform has an extremely frustrating withdrawal process. It’s not automatic at all — they ask for a ridiculous amount of documents and unnecessary details. Even after submitting everything, the transfer still didn’t go through for an entire day. I decided to stay away from this platform, and at this point, I have no idea if I’ll ever get my money back.
