Best customer support ever, by far the best platform to trade on and most of all the best with TradingView.
Great, but the constant logging me out
Pricing does not match the platform and is up to 140+ ticks off at times and other times dead on.
I'm a current user of TS and I can't recommend this platform for two main reasons - 1) hidden service and commission fees and 2) poor customer service. Recently, I saw that I was being charged .76/trade in service fees (unreal) and .02-.03/trade in commission fees on some of my orders. This was due to "direct routing" (vs "Intelligent routing") of orders, however all of my platform settings were set to intelligent routing. After having an hour long phone call and online troubleshooting session with a very unhelpful and combative customer rep, her best solution was that I confirm the routing on every order before sending them going forward. See that's a problem when you're a scalper and require immediate order execution and an unacceptable solution to clearly a software/platform issue. How can you still market yourself as "commission free" with such a glaring problem with your platform? All current TS users, I recommend you review your daily trade confirmation statements for these charges. Oh, and you will be responsible for finding on which days and trades these incorrect fees were incurred. Again, unacceptable and a customer disservice honestly. When I asked for a callback for confirmation of these refunds, I was kindly notified that the refund would take 7 to 10 business days and a callback could take up to 48 hours (2 days guys, really?). Other reasons I can't recommend TS - 12% margin fee, very limited selection of hotkeys and chart indicators, stops that are set in $ instead of %, font resizing issues for those that use widescreen monitors, oh and the clunky software that misdirects orders resulting in service and commission fees. If you enjoy spending time on the phone with customer service, then by all means open an account with TS. Me? I'm already looking for another broker. I guess the journey continues.
Well. So far I've discovered that there are stocks I cannot buy. When I called I got no explanation for why. I was also told there isn't a list of denied stocks. The stock of interest is in NASDAQ so it's not some obscure chinese OTC stock. Pre-market only starts at 8am EST. The system is dated. Order execution has been crisp so far as one positive.
As an intermediate investor, I love it!

Should have allow to do a options Trading on Trading view.

Tradestation is great there is a major execution delay using trading view with it

Day 1 I am not super impressed the candle charts are to condensed.
Annoyed it kept logging me out.
Honest review nothing personal. But if you are looking for a broker that will give you unnecessary headache when handling your financial account with them with the poorest customer service in return for your money this broker ranks top. You're better off elsewhere. Don't substitute or trust your hard earned money with a broker that has such poor customer service. Opening my account was such a chore and turmoil other brokers don't and won't put you through such nonsense by experience I note. Their team are poorly. I don't and would never trade or trust this broker you're welcome to what little funds are still in my account I wash my hands off this broker. Protect your assets trade elsewhere.
