Here's an easy to understand visual about how to use Bollinger Bands to spot ideal entries.
A few things to note here:
- You cannot solely rely on BBands to identify the DIRECTION of the trade (buy/sell), you will need another analysis to determine that, for example supply and demand zones
- This is from a Macro perspective, but you can easy do the same from lower timeframes for scalps (once again, another method is needed to confirm the direction of your trade)
