VIX started taking off. Now it's testing the upper trend line. if it breaks out, would lead to 20-21. If it fails, would test 12-13 support.

The recent low was 10.02 on Sep 1st. VIX gaped up after Labor day holiday, closed at 12.23 with the intraday high at 14.06. Expect to see a quite volatile market in Sep.
