Wake up get ready for the day stay busy or watch movie until around Tokyo Session. after Tokyo session that when we gonna sleep we won’t trade anymore after Tokyo session. You can add some stuff in there . Like eating time or other stuff you do in the day. Just make sure you are there for Tokyo session

I have dogs an I cook . So I’m my schedule I have to feed my dogs an then cook for me . Then I do alitlle podcast or go run . I don’t play video games at all
