JTO : Take CAUTION - RSI Topout LikelyBINANCE:JTOUSDT
The RSI reacts different on every chart, which is often the case with technical indicators. This is also why we advise to find one or two, and learn how they respond on your favorite charts. If you swop around between technical indicators too frequently, you will miss key insights such as these.
The charts says bullish for three main reasons :
👉 Bottom out pattern
👉 Higher lows
👉 Hot RSI
Two playouts likely for JTO, but for NEAR / LONG term I will label it as BULLISH. Personally using leverage here is too risky for my taste but then again, I favor a modest and low-risk approach.

Trading with RSI: The Bad, The Good and Even BetterIn this video I explain how to use RSI (Relative Strength Index) to make trading decisions. You'll learn how to properly use RSI oversold condition, combining low timeframe price action signals with high level context analysis.
Besides of explaining three different strategies (the bad, the good and even better) I'll do back-testing on historical data to demonstrate how those strategies translate into real trading results.

The Honey Chai RSI InidcatorHere is a fun new way to view the RSI. A new TradingView Indicator for you RSI enthusiasts. This is the Honey Chai RSI Indicator.
This indicator combines the RSI oscillator with additional features to enhance its functionality and visual study.
The purpose of this indicator is to provide a more comprehensive view of the RSI and aid in identifying trends, potential entry / exit points, and ranging conditions.
How it's Built.
The RSI:
The RSI is represented by its common line which you can turn on and off, as usual.
Japanese candlesticks:
In this indicator, are also Japanese candlesticks giving you their representation of the RSI. This provides a clearer visualization of the RSI movements across its Open, High, Low, and Close, unlike the OHLC of the Heiken Ashi candles in the Heiken Ashi Algo.
In addition to the RSI line and Japanese candles, there are two moving averages applied to the RSI value. For the purpose of keeping with my CoffeeShop theme, the High average line is the Honey Line and the Low average line is the Chai Line. The user can choose between Exponential Moving Average or Simple Moving average. These moving averages are calculated based on the high vs low values of the past RSI readings, with the high average acting as the leading line.
When the Honey line is above theChai Line, it indicates an uptrend, whereas when the Honey Line is below the Chai Line, it suggests a downtrend.
If the price is moving up but the Honey line is still below the Chai line, you're technically still in a downtrend and you should trade this like a pullback.
Identifying Trends.
To identify short entries, you need to wait for the Japanese candles to open and close below the Honey line while the Honey line is below the Chai Line. Conversely, you wait for the Japanese candles to open and close above the Honey line while the Honey line is above the Chai Line. This confirmation helps in identifying potential reversal points.
Range Bound Market.
The indicator also incorporates a visual representation of a ranging area. The 60 and 40 levels of the RSI are visually differentiated to indicate this range. When the Japanese candles are opening and closing within this range and the RSI remains contained within these levels, it suggests that the price is likely in a ranging phase, and traders should wait for a breakout from this range before taking action.
In summary, this custom indicator provides a comprehensive view of the RSI oscillator by incorporating Japanese candlestick visuals, moving averages, and a visual representation of the ranging area. By analyzing these elements, traders can gain insights into trends, potential entry points, and ranging conditions in the market.

HOW TO TRADE
LONGS AND SHORTS
An example on how to use this in a long trade is to wait for your moving averages to be high (yellow) over low (orange). For the purpose of the description in this indicator you're looking for the honey to be over the chai.
Even if the RSI and Japanese candles in the oscillator are falling, however the honey is above the Chai, you are still in an uptrend.
The positioning of the moving averages will always determine the direction of the overall price trend so in this position you're looking for long entries.
take a long position as an entry when the open and the close of the Japanese candle in the oscillator is above your honey line.
when you notice a bearish candle closing below the honey line in an uptrend position you can exit your trade.
Confluence for short trades would be just the opposite and using the moving averages in an upside down pattern. In other words the honey needs to be below the chai and your Japanese candle needs to be closing bearish however they open and the close of that candle needs to be below both of your moving averages. exit when you get a bullish candle closing in between the averages.
TRADING RANGES
Wait for your moving average to enter into the range bound 60/40 area as well as your Japanese candles to Wick above and below this area but not close above and below the area.
At this point you can mark off the high and the low of the range as it pertains to your price chart and start using your range trading strategy.
GBPJPY - Potential Reversal TradeHey Traders! Today we're taking a look at a bearish trading opportunity on the GBPJPY. At heart this trade is a structure-based reversal trade but as you'll see in the video, to find our entries we're actually taking a continuation trade type of approach. -

Trade Divergences with a 100% chance of winning
Welcome to the coffee shop everybody this is your host and baristo eric. By this time everybody knows how to see and plot divergences on your chart. The one thing that I fail to see in a lot of people is to give you a winning solution or strategy on how to trade divergences after you've found them. The answer is in your algo and how the RSI moves against its own pivot levels.
Now that may sound confusing to you but if I show it to you in a video it'll come to you very easily so in today's video I'm going to show you how to trade after a Divergence and where to take your profit.
Cant wait for price to stop ranging? Do thisFirst of all you are going to need this indicator
Its the Heiken Ashi Algo Oscillator. Click the image below
There are times when price is ranging. When this happens you simply need to see what is the channel where the RSI values are hitting and you want to know WHEN is the RSI breaking out of that channel
In this oscillator the HIGH and LOW part of the RSI Range is the +10 and -10
If price is ranging in between as it is consolidating you dont want to sit there for several hours.
So in this video you can see how to set an alert telling you when the RSI breaks out of the RANGE.
This way, once the alert is set, you can go live life.........
See you next time at the CoffeeShop
The RSI Formula Explained. Catch the move from end to end.
Welcome to the copy shop everybody and let me bid you a hello from the back of the baristo bar. This video is very casual, unscripted, and yet extremely informative.
First off let me make sure you have your copy of this script "The Heiken Ashi Algo Oscillator"
I'm hoping to use this particular video so that you guys can come back into the comments area and specifically ask questions about how this works because I want to give you this information. But most importantly I want you to understand it.
In today's video I'm going to be discussing the "RSI formula". So today's video is called the RSI formula, explained.
I've noticed over the years that every time they RSI has a particular reading, You can calculate that into a ratio that will tell you what should be your risk and what should be your reward. This allows you to set your stop loss and your take profit and literally walk away and not have to worry about it. I do not expect you to understand this formula watching it just one time so you will need to play this over and over again without question. But if in the moment that you do have questions go ahead and leave them below.
What I want you to do is if you feel like you're getting it wrong, tell me what the RSI reading is that you got and I'll tell you what it's supposed to convert to and I'll tell you how to convert it to that number. Telling you the formula won't help you as much as it will showing you how it works against your readings so by all means leave your questions below.
4 Reasons why the BTC Bottom could be CloseINDEX:BTCUSD
In today's video I look at 4 reasons why I think we are close to the bottom:
1. 200 week MA - historically the 200 week MA has indicated the bottom
2. Fibonacci golden pocket retracement - a fib pulled from the very start of bitcoin in July 2010 to the all time high, show a zone for the possible low
3. Weekly RSI - historically we have never gone below a certain level and we are nearing that level
4. CME Gaps waiting to be filled - there is a gap that is about to be filled
These four factors are aligning very well with weekly and daily support levels that BTC is nearing.
Could this be the bottom or close to it?
Have a look at the video and let me know in the comments what you think.
Not financial advice. DYOR. Papertrade before using real money.

Safe trading.

Your RSI is telling you where to set your take profit.*****While i was typing this up and the video was ALREADY uploaded. the trade went through perfectly***
As you can see from the linked chart image, the highest candle closed exactly where I said the #RSI formula told me the move would end.
See the time of May 19th at 8:35am. Notice where the candle closed.
I calculated this point from an RSI signal appearing May 19th at 6:35am (2 hours prior with price action still happening BELOW the 200ma) just before it broke a trend line.
Welcome back to Coffee Shop crypto everybody. I just wanted to drop a quick little video about the #RSI formula that tells you where you can set your take profit.
Im going to be honest with you. This is going to be a VERY confusing formula to follow at first but once you realize the pattern in the numbers, this is going to come to you like a second language. Watch the video and look at the formula breakdown below.
****MAKE SURE TO ASK ME QUESTIONS BELOW****
I know it will be confusing but if you dont ask the questions, you wont know where you're missing it. Honestly, its SO simple, its too simple, and this is why most of you really smart guys are going to be like "HUH?! WTF Is he talking about here?!"
There's a formula I've developed and tested for the past few months, which you can use and seems to work over and over and over again, that when you read your #RSI above the 200-day moving average or below the 200-day moving average, your #RSI is basically telling you where exactly to set your risk reward. You can do the calculation in your head, or even just set a list of 4 numbers from this formula on a piece of paper and leave it next to your screen, and use them to set your trade.
This formula cooinsides greatly with #Fibonacci retracement lines but you dont need to set a FIB to use them. All you need to know is:
A) Where is entry candle
B)Am i uptrend of downtrend
This will equate to what part of the formula you use.
Firstly you need to know what the RSI was at the close of the candle PREVIOUS to your entry candle.
Let me say that again.
To find the RSI for this formula, you need to know the RSI of the candle, previous to the entry candle.
If you realize you are entering a trade late and want to calculate weather you have time to still get in, you can use this formula against the candle that you missed, to see how far the move will go. And youll be able to catch some pips before the move is over.
The Formula:
This is an example of when you are Above the 200MA
RSI = 50-59 / 1:3 (this is a normal safe bet but it doesn't get you the full move)
Use the formula for example. If your RSI = 51.55. Remove the last digit (5)
Move the decimal one space to the left. Now you have 5.15
Your Risk reward should be 1 : 3.15
Remember that an RSI of 50 ~ 59 is a 1 : 3 Ratio. This formula simply allows you to add the rest of the move to the end of the 3.
RSI = 60-69 / 1:4 (this is a normal safe bet but it doesn't get you the full move)
Use the formula for example. If your RSI = 61.55. Remove the last digit (5)
Move the decimal one space to the left. Now you have 6.15.
Your Risk reward should be 1 : 4.15
Remember that an RSI of 60-69 is a 1 : 4 Ratio. THis formula simply allows you to add the rest of the move to the end of the 4
RSI = 70-79 / 1:8 (this is a normal safe bet but it doesn't get you the full move)
Use the formula for example. If your RSI = 71.55. Remove the last digit (5)
Move the decimal one space to the left. Now you have 7.15.
Your Risk reward should be 1 : 8.15
Remember that an RSI of 70-79 is a 1 : 8 Ratio. This formula simply allows you to add the rest of the move to the end.
RSI = 80-89 / 1:10 (this is a normal safe bet but it doesn't get you the full move)
Or use the formula for example. If your RSI = 81.55. Remove the last digit (5)
Move the decimal one space to the left. Now you have 8.15.
Your Risk reward should be 1 : 10.15
Remember that an RSI of 80-89 is a 1 : 10 Ratio. This formula simply allows you to add the rest of the move to the end
RULES:
Your EMAs must all be lined up in a BULLISH format.
DO NOT Trade between the bands.
This best works against a 200ma below and a 50ma above.
RSI must be set at 14
I have only tested this against USD pairs and Crypto pairs.
*****If you want to use this on a #Bearish market****
You only need to subtract (1) from the formula.
Bullish formula:
RSI 50 = 1 : 3 (add the first 2 numbers after the decimal to this ration and you've got the move)
RSI 60 = 1 : 4
RSI 70 = 1 : 8
RSI 80 = 1 : 10
Bearish formula:
RSI -50 = 1 : 2
RSI -60 = 1 : 3
RSI -70 = 1 : 7
RSI -80 = 1 : 9
Stocks To Watch This WeekThere are no certainties in the stock market. These names have shown good relative strength and accumulation volume . This may give good risk/reward entries on some of the best names. Some of these charts still need to confirm their price action. This video is my watchlist. Most of these names are at or near all time highs or multi year highs. There are 24 total stocks on this list with 0 short squeeze candidates . Many of these have IPO'd in the last few years and still have a growth story ahead of them. Know your time frame and risk tolerance. Know your earnings dates! I go through these quickly so grab a pencil and paper and jot down the names that look interesting to you and then make the trade your own. Good Luck!
