Account recovery helps you regain access to your TradingView account.
If you've checked your valid login credentials (username/email and password) and they are not working, you may need to use one of the recovery forms, depending on the type of issue.
If you have access to your email or phone number
If your account details — username, email, or password — are not valid and signing in using social media or Google account doesn't work, you can restore access to your account through the password recovery form.
To do this, click on "I forgot password or can't sign in"
Then enter your username, email, or phone number associated with your account.
You will then receive a message with a code sent to:
- Your email
- Your phone via SMS
If you have lost access to your email or phone number
In such a case, you need to submit the request via the account recovery form.
! Note: You will need to enter your billing information to verify account ownership and your identity. We will contact you through the email address you provide in the submission form.
We may also ask for additional photos to verify your identity:
- Your ID card
- Your bank card
- A photo of you
This ensures that only you are eligible to regain access to the account and no one else.
We'll only use this information to restore your account and will never share it with anyone.
