Lojas Renner SA is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the retail of apparel and fashion accessories. The Company's activities are divided in two segments: Retail and Financial. The Retail division focuses on sale of women's, men's and children's garment items, underwear and shoes, sportswear, as well as perfumery, cosmetics, toiletry products, correlated, watches and home and decoration accessories. The Financial segment is involved in the provision of financial services, such as intermediation of financial services with charges, personal loans and insurances brokerage. It operates under Lojas Renner, Camicado and Youcom brand names. The Company operates through a number of subsidiaries, including Dromegon Participacoes Ltda, Renner Administradora de Cartoes de Credito Ltda, and Maxmix Comercial Ltda, among others.
