TSE:SEC   SECURITES & COMMODITY FUTURES
Let's be honest, you have to be tipping on the spectrum of delusional if you actually believe all of this havoc will continue forever. Everything you witness in the present moment is a bubble, whether you like to admit it or not. We are seeing the likes of Elon Musk sending coins such as CumRocket and DOGE to the stratosphere simply from the tap of a finger on Twitter. We are seeing pump and dumps on a consistent basis, an abundant minting of stablecoins, projects vanishing into thin air with millions of Dollars stolen and of course, the discussion of Cryptocurrencies being deemed as Securities.
The current headline-grabbing craze is the SEC vs Ripple Labs suit. There will likely be a separate document on this matter explicitly, but I feel it's important to briefly discuss what this presents to us as a warning of what is soon to come. For me personally, I believe the whole court-case has been strategically planned and orchestrated amongst the knowledge of both parties, with the intention to act as a ploy in order to speed-run the route to regulatory clarity that the Cryptocurrency Market desperately needs. Whatever the outcome of this case will be, I believe it to be a positive development for the entire Cryptocurrency space, but on the opposing side, I believe it will be a catalyst for the next bear cycle that erupts a shockwave amongst the euphoria polluting the environment.

Without a strict set of governance on the entire sector, ironically the exact opposite of what maximalists preach is the largest value of Cryptocurrencies, the harsh reality is the space will struggle to persevere with continuous growth and any serious longstanding adoption without the correct regulatory guidelines enforcing trading activity within a strict set of rules, also protecting the investor and participants simultaneously. At present, very few institutional participants are actually allocating capital into Cryptocurrencies beyond 5% of their total portfolio allocations. They We praise institutional market participants like they have descended from the heavens but nobody is paying attention to what is actually developing. They are dipping their toes in the water, the mainstream media outlet headlines and Crypto-Twitter experts yelling
"institutional adoption" are not taking into consideration that the participation is a fraction of the scale it will eventually be, but that will not happen until the regulatory framework is solidified to give these entities the confidence to invest larger proportions of their overall portfolio into Cryptocurrencies.

What this also means, is that if anything discussed in this document ever becomes the interest of the wider-general public and more importantly, the governments, which at present we can see is very much in their interests, this show will have to come to a crashing halt at some point to 'reset' and bring the sphere back to an organic equilibrium before growing again in accordance with the correct pathway.
