It's tough to call it manipulation without a lot more concrete data. We don't really have data on any of this. It could be just that corporations are keeping the market up with buy-back programs. But again, who knows, I don't have data on this. Where did you get the amount of retail money flow into the equities market? Is that a reliable source?
