They don't seem to have a stop loss function. They also have a 0.00050000 fee for transfers which is like $50 bucks right now. Not very happy with them.

Charge higher fees than some other brokers
Further research I’ve found too many unhappy users. Also I thought it would have a more streamline UI for buying and selling crypto via scalping
ACH deposits have to fully clear before you are able to make another deposit. Was not like this on other exchanges was able to make max deposits each biz day.
It is a must for me to be able to place stop and take profit levels in one go on Trading view this exchange does not have that feature i will be leaving, Tradingview it would be super helpful to know more about the exchanges and brokers features before we waste time signing up to find out
So far so good. Simple and does exactly what its needs to do. Fees are considerate.
candle chart works very slow and no option for SL TP
i can't add money to my account because my bank isn't supported
its to difficult to start trading, its only good for investing buying and holding crypto.
pretty good. fees could be lower. API does not support stop orders
not happy so far, linking to tradingview should be a simple task and I cant seem to get any help from the exchange
I can't get the platform to read on a pst time. and for one minute, it won't read it correctly. Instead, it reads it in every 2-minute time frame even on the one minute.
Became much more harder to deposit my money.
it needs more crypto, however, simple UI, perfect
You can't use the trade buy and sell stop loss function like other brokers in the tradingview chart.
NOT USABLE! - I meant to place a stop order pretty far below price! Then I realized I placed a limit order! TV has no stop orders! I just lost exit/entry fees ($7 in my case) due to some confusion. Bitstamp ordering is limited, when not buggy (see below). - Bitstamp's official trading UI (not here in TV) doesn't have Stop Loss or Take Profit features but at least it works. The TradingView integration not only does has no Stop Loss and Take Profit features, but orders often fail saying an insufficient funds error (while the same order in Bitstamp's official UI for the same amount will succeed). - Because of the failing orders, I end up just having to switch to Bitstamp to actually place orders, so the TradingView integration is pretty much not useful, no need to have it, hence a rating of 1 (for now). - The integration also disconnects after some time of inactivity, and sometimes I can't reconnect. The auth screen will redirect back to TV but it will be blank. Then when I manually go back to TV, it is not connected. - The account summary shows many symbols of which I do not own, all with zero balances. I do not need to see all that, and I don't want to have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see my USD and BTC balances. Just don't show assets with zero balance! If filed order issues are fixed, it'll go up to 2 without necessary features like Stop Loss on Market and Limit orders. A score of 3 would be basic expectations with at least Stop Loss on orders. To get 4 or more, the view in the trading panel need to be more robust, and ordering features need to be robust like Webull. What keeps a big company like Bitstamp from adding basic necessities and working in basic ways without bugs? I really hope it will improve, and if it does, I'll gladly improve my rating, but right now besides the features being lackluster, the integration is totally unreliable and you are forced to use Bitstamp directly. This is not usable.
Some of the features like p&l is not visible on the chart
I need to know if I can set both a stop-loss as well as a take-profit order in a trade. I have tried self-navigating the order panel, researching, e-mailing and even calling Bitstamp for answers, but to no avail. If my suspicions are true, then it is not worth using Bitstamp, as not everyone can sit in front a screen 24/7 and manually exit trades.
