If you are experiencing disconnections from the TradingView system, we would appreciate it if you could submit a ticket through the TradingView Help Center so they can check the connection.
If you experience any issues with the trading system (TWS), you can follow these steps:
- It is possible that the version of the system installed on your computer is not the most recent.
To verify this, on the system connection screen, click on More Options, and after checking under the version column, change it to "Latest" and then on "Apply and Restart"
- It is possible that the software settings are not compatible with the computer you are working on, in which case you can ask our customer service for help in configuring and adjusting the system to match your computer settings
- Check your internet connection and the ports that are running to make sure that your connection is stable over time
