Charts look different when compared to other brokers. The stop losses for some indices and pairs are not flexible and will make you risk more than you are willing unless you are on the chart to close it manually. While some may prefer contracts, I prefer to use lot sizes. It makes things easier in my opinion.

For some reasons I still find withdrawals very uncomfortable. 1. It is way too long to respond 2. There are no options to specifying alternative withdrawal methods. In my opinion it is highly inconvenient However, I love the customer experience, they are highly amazing. The analysis on tradingview and zoom sessions is great. Lastly I will suggest easymarkets to improve on the app. It is actually the center of attraction. And then make withdrawal more comfortably easy.

Really annoying that it disconnects from tradingview on my computer all the time, even when i have open trades... and also not so goo features on mobile version, should be little bit more like MT4 for mobile

Terrible for risk and position management. You can't set the stoploss LOWER a certain point - I mean, if you want to be more CONSERVATIVE, their brackets limits don't let you!!! That also means that you can't work with trailling/positive stops. How can you manage risk like that?

Would be great if I could customize my stop loss to a closer value. I'm able to close a position at any point so why not the stop loss. Would also like to be able to select my leverage for each trade
