ETCBTC May be closing out it's peek in an Automatic Rally on this Weekly Chart. Time will tell. If one has not entered yet, they may want to be cautious and wait a while. My opinion...
One other thing. After further analysis, it's hard to tell exactly where Preliminary Support would be on ETCBTC. I'm just not completely convinced where it is located. It's kind of important to know where it is because that's our breakout point and where SPRINGS and/or UP THRUSTS tend to go for your big gains.
We have a LOT of manipulation that will continue with the Alt Coins that are traded in both USD and BTC. Even manipulation in the Alts only traded in BTC. We are seeing times of DISTRIBUTION from USD into Alts when BTC is sold for USD and Distribution into the alts when BTC was used from XMR when it was sold.
Just keep a watchful eye on Alts traded in both USD and BTC. Keep a watchful eye on BTCUSD as well; movements on it certainly affect the alts traded in both USD and BTC. Try to find patterns when events occur in the ALT coin AND Bitcoin to anticipate.

No RSI strategy report yet. Just started building a history on it.Also, AR could continue to the upside on this Weekly chart and end up at the Aqua line. If it does, I would have to say the higher number is PS.

Seeing where we are on the Weekly with ETCUSD, it's highly likely my lower number on the ETCBTC chart is the correct number for Preliminary Support. I could be wrong but the odds are I'm correct on this.
