So it's come to this. 1st signs of madness.So, while looking at a chart for XAUUSD, I noticed a few HH, LL and HL's on the chart that gave me a tiny brain fart of an idea that involved triangles and overlaying those triangles at certain points of these highs and lows. Since I have not yet seen anyone using or discussing anything like this idea, I had no guidance as to what I was actually doing which in itself is actually quite amusing but amusement turned to something a bit more serious as I get more and more involved with this preposterous idea and eventually the madness sets in - leaving one to believe that one has discovered the key to all trading charts! (I know it's not - now. LOL)
In any case, I spent enough time on this mucking around with triangles that I thought I'd at least share it for some other traders amusement so that at the very least, it wouldn't have been a complete waste of time.
Any other traders out there have any of these types of rabbit hole "epiphany" ideas that lead them down rabbit holes to share with us?
