YBL_ Momentum (Overlay + Div + Liquidez + Reversal

🧠 Concept

“YBL_LUXE — Squeeze Momentum (Overlay + Div + Liquidez + Reversión EMA + Líneas) v1.6-OL” is an advanced Squeeze Momentum overlay that combines:

• Classic Squeeze (Bollinger Bands vs Keltner Channels)
• Momentum color on price bars
• Divergences (price vs momentum) with lines and labels
• Liquidity grabs (sweeps of previous highs/lows)
• EMA-based reversal logic (Rev+/Rev-)
• Squeeze ON/OFF dots under the candles
• Full alert conditions for all key events

Designed to sit directly on the chart, giving you structure, momentum and “smart money” clues in one place.

📊 1. Squeeze + Momentum

• Squeeze is detected using BB vs KC:
– Squeeze ON → BB completely inside KC
– Squeeze OFF → BB outside KC

• Momentum:
– Based on deviation of price vs its moving average and a linear regression.
– Bars are painted:
– Green / lime when momentum is positive
– Red / orange when momentum is negative or losing strength

Inputs:
• BB Length / Mult
• KC Length / Mult
• Option to paint bars or keep the original candles
• Option to show Squeeze dots directly under the candles

Squeeze dots:
• Gray dot → Squeeze ON (compression)
• Yellow dot → Squeeze OFF (expansion)

🎯 2. Divergences (Div+/Div-)

The script tracks pivot highs and lows on:

• Price (swing highs/lows)
• Momentum (Squeeze line)

Then it detects:
• Bearish divergence → price makes a higher high, momentum makes a lower high
• Bullish divergence → price makes a lower low, momentum makes a higher low

Features:
• Optional lines connecting PH→PH and PL→PL (select style: solid, dotted, dashed)
• Labels:
– “Div+” under price for bullish divergence
– “Div-” above price for bearish divergence
• Option to show only the last label of each type to keep the chart clean

💧 3. Liquidity sweeps (Liq+/Liq-)

The indicator looks for:
• Sweeps of previous highs over a lookback window → liquidity grab above (Liq-)
• Sweeps of previous lows → liquidity grab below (Liq+)

Logic:
• High > previous highest high (HH) → potential stop hunt above
• Low < previous lowest low (LL) → potential stop hunt below

Options:
• “Wick only” mode → requires close back inside the previous range for a proper rejection
• “Liq+/Liq-” labels on the swing candle
– Liq+ (below) → sweep of lows
– Liq- (above) → sweep of highs

🔄 4. EMA-based Reversal (Rev+/Rev-)

Reversal signals combine three components:

1. Pattern:
• Engulfing candle (optional)
• Momentum flip (cross of zero line, optional)

2. Liquidity context:
• You can require a recent sweep (Liq+/Liq-) within X bars before the reversal.

3. EMA confirmation:
• Price relative to EMA (above for bullish, below for bearish)
• Optional EMA slope filter (minimum slope magnitude).

Final signals:
• Bullish Reversal (Rev+)
– Needs sweepGateBull AND emaGateBull AND (Engulf OR Momentum Flip).

• Bearish Reversal (Rev-)
– Needs sweepGateBear AND emaGateBear AND (Engulf OR Momentum Flip).

Labels:
• “Rev+” below the candle for bullish reversals.
• “Rev-” above the candle for bearish reversals.
• Option to keep only the last label of each type.

🎨 5. Visual options

• Paint or not paint the bars based on momentum (priority system):
– Reversal color > Liquidity color > Divergence color > base momentum color.
• Separate toggle for:
– Arrows / labels (divergence, liquidity, reversal).
– Only last label per type.
– Squeeze dots ON/OFF.

This lets you use the script as:
• A simple Squeeze + momentum overlay,
• A “smart” reversal + liquidity + divergence toolkit,
• Or both at the same time.

You can create TradingView alerts on any of these conditions to receive notifications when key events occur.

📈 How to use (ideas)

• Identify Squeeze ON phases → watch for breakout direction once Squeeze turns OFF.
• Use Div+/Div- to spot exhaustion near important levels (support/resistance, sessions highs/lows, etc.).
• Use Liq+/Liq- to locate stop hunts / fake breakouts.
• Combine Rev+/Rev- with your own bias (HTF trend, volume profile, order flow) to time entries with confluence.
