Uses: Base:
ADX to determine if trend is strong (>25)
If ADX is strong, then it is positive if aroon is simply upper band is above lower band.
If ADX is weak, then it will use if the aroon upper band is falling or rising or if there is a crossover
Filter:
Supertrend

RSI
