CI Volatility Vol Expansion Ratio
This indicator tells you if a symbol's volatility is expanding (waking up) or compressed (quiet).
- Ratio > 1.0 = Volatility is expanding (price swings getting bigger)
- Ratio < 1.0 = Volatility is compressed (price swings getting smaller)
