Growth Range
Similar to value range script published earlier:
Trying to plot growth parameters over two bollinger bands to visualize where they are headed.
Input parameters include:
growthParameter
Moving Average Type : Moving average type for Bollinger band
Length : Refers to length as last n reportings.
Sd1 and Sd2 : Two standard deviations to form band
showBands : If unchecked will hide the band. But, will show growth param color coded

- BOOK_VALUE_PER_SHARE
- TOTAL_REVENUE
- NET_INCOME
- EARNINGS_ESTIMATE
- SALES_ESTIMATES
- EARNINGS_PER_SHARE_BASIC_ONE_YEAR_GROWTH
- REVENUE_ONE_YEAR_GROWTH
