RTH & ETH High/Low (Today & Prev)
RTH and ETH High Low Indicator. This draws a line for the ETH and RTH highs and lows for todays session and yesterdays session. it allows you to toggle off any of the 8 potential levels as well as change the colour of the 8 levels. WIP
