Red = lower low
Green = higher high
Yellow = Extreme, potential reversal upcoming

In the New Alert window, change the first option "Condition", from the ticker to the Script name, now select if you want a Buy signal or a Sell signal, you may create seperate alerts for both.
Once per bar looks good.
